Walnut Protein Rapid Kit

The Walnut Protein Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunochromatography lateral flow test used to screen for the presence of walnut protein residues in foods, ingredients, cleaning in situ (CIP) final rinse water, and environmental swabs.

The Walnut Protein Rapid Kit uses a lateral Flow device (LFD), an immunochromatographic test that specifically detects antibodies to walnut protein. When walnut protein reaches the limit of detection (LOD), a positive result is shown by the presence of three lines: a control line, a hook line, and a test line. One control line ensures that the test is working properly, and the other two lines list undetectable, low and high levels of walnut protein.
