Plant Total Protein Extraction Kit

This kit uses liquid nitrogen to fully grind plant tissues while using special reagents to precipitate the proteins released from plant cells, and uses a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor to inhibit protease activity to maximise the integrity of the extracted proteins, and the final protein extract is in the form of a dry powder, which is conducive to the long-term and stable preservation of proteins. The extracted proteins, including membrane proteins, nuclear proteins, cytoplasmic proteins and rare proteins contained in plant tissues including whole proteins. The protein fractions obtained from the isolation can be applied to SDS-PAGE, Western blot and so on.
