Plant Total Protein Extraction Kit (2d Electrophoresis)

This product allows the extraction of total protein from a variety of plant samples with a simple and convenient extraction process. The kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors, which prevents the degradation of proteins by proteases and provides for the extraction of high quality proteins.
The extracted proteins are used for bidirectional electrophoresis.

Centrifuge the reagents in spin-cap centrifuge tubes by centrifuging briefly before opening the cap to shake the liquid on the inner wall of the cap to the bottom of the tube to avoid spilling the liquid when opening the cap.
All reagents during the experiment shall be pre-cooled; all apparatus shall be pre-cooled in a -20°C refrigerator. Samples should be kept at a low temperature throughout the process.
If precipitation occurs during storage, it will not affect the use of the protease inhibitor, and the solution will be dissolved and used normally.
You can add other protease inhibitors according to your own experimental needs.
The protein samples extracted from this kit can be used directly for 2D electrophoresis, or can be treated with TCA/acetone precipitation according to your needs.
