Application
This kit is suitable for extracting soluble proteins from various plant seed samples with high starch content. Such as rice, buckwheat, maize, wheat and so on. The extraction process is simple and convenient.
The protein samples extracted by this kit do not contain high concentration of salt components and can be directly used for isoelectric focusing and bidirectional electrophoresis.
Description
Centrifuge the reagents in spin-cap centrifuge tubes by centrifuging briefly before opening the cap to shake the liquid on the inner wall of the cap to the bottom of the tube to avoid spilling the liquid when opening the cap.
All reagents during the experiment shall be pre-cooled; all apparatus shall be pre-cooled in a -20°C refrigerator. Samples should be kept at a low temperature throughout the process.

Extract A is stored at 2 to 8°C; extract BCDE is stored at room temperature.
