Application
Plant Ribosome Extraction Kit is a simple and rapid method to extract plant ribosomes.
This kit is suitable for extracting ribosomes from fresh plant leaf samples, and the recovery rate of ribosomes is lower when used for extraction of frozen samples.
The ribosomes extracted in this kit are biologically active and can be used in a variety of downstream applications such as ribosome function research and ribosomal protein extraction.
This kit uses a non-enzymatic rapid extraction method, which can rapidly extract ribosomes within one hour, but the recovery rate is slightly lower than the enzymatic ribosome extraction kit.

Plant ribosome extract B 25mL/50mL
Ribosome protein extract C 10mL/20mL
Protease inhibitor 100μL/200μL
Protein extracts and lysates are stored at 2～8℃; protease inhibitors are stored at -20℃.
