Plant Phosphorylated Protein Extraction Kit

This kit is suitable for extracting phosphorylated proteins from various plant cells and solid tissues. The extraction process is simple and convenient and can be completed within 1 hour. This kit contains a unique formulation that effectively solubilises cell membrane components, including cytoplasmic, nuclear and various organelle membranes. This kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors that prevents protein degradation by proteases, providing for the extraction of high purity proteins.
The proteins extracted in this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation chromatography. The proteins extracted in this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as WB, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel blocking assay, enzyme activity assay, etc.
This kit provides excellent protection against the phosphorylation state of phosphorylated proteins and completely prevents the degradation of phosphorylated proteins. This kit is not a specific purification kit for phosphorylated proteins.
The protein samples extracted from this kit contain a high concentration of salt and cannot be used directly for 2D electrophoresis.

Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimised. The Protease Inhibitor Blend contains seven individual protease inhibitors; each inhibitor specifically inhibits one or more protease activities. The mixture's optimised composition allows it to inhibit almost all essential protease activities, including serine proteases, cysteine acid proteases, aspartate proteases, alanyl-aminopeptidases, and others.
