The extracted protein is passed through at a concentration of 5 mg/mL and transported on dry ice. Proteins can also be obtained in denatured SDS sample buffer and are only used for protein blotting.

Protein quality can be examined by denaturing SDS-PAGE analysis, protein band clarity and resolution using Coomassie Blue staining. Protein integrity was examined by immunoblotting using a specific beta-actin antibody.

Description

Pine total protein (protein lysate) is isolated from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal donor. Tissues are homogenized in protein lysis buffer supplemented with a cocktail of protease inhibitors to minimize proteolysis and precisely quantified.
