Datasheet:

Description

Lectins are effective markers of blood vessels and microglia in rodents. Conjugation of lectins to fluorophore facilitates rapid, one-step detection and visualization using intravascular perfusion methods or directly applied to tissue sections. DyLight™594 labeled lectins have the right amount of fluorescent dye binding to provide optimal staining properties for this lectin. This conjugated substance basically does not contain unconjugated fluorescent dyes.
