Cy3 can show the binding pattern of Lotus tetragonosus lectin (LTL) in cellular imaging and flow cytometry.Cy3 is more light tolerant than many other fluorophores and can be seen with a TRITC filter set. It is usually used in combination with a green fluorescent dye for double labeling.
