Description

The product mainly contains 13S-lipoxygenase-1 and lipoxygenase-LX3 two non-heme and non-thiofritin, 94 and 97 kDa respectively. 13-S-lipoxygenase is known as a type 1 enzyme and exhibits maximum catalytic activity at pH 9.0. The substrate specificity of the product was linoleate > arachidonic acid > eicosapentaenoate.
