Description
Cy3 can display Lens culinaris (Lentil) lecectin (LCA/LCH) binding patterns in cell imaging and flow cytometry. Cy3 is more light resistant than many other fluorophores and can be seen with TRITC filter groups. It is often used in combination with green fluorescent dyes for double labeling.
