Lens culinaris Lectin (LCA/LCH) - AP (Alkaline Phosphatase)

Cat: PL00001
Size: 1 mg
Sugar Specificity: α-Mannose, α-Glucose
Datasheet:

Description

Alkaline phosphatase (AP) is coupled to LCA/LCH and shows LCA/LCH binding in a variety of applications including Western blotting and ELISA. Alkaline phosphatase is a large protein (140 kDa) that catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphate groups in substrates to produce colored or fluorescent products. The optimal enzymatic activity of this protein is between pH 8 and 10, and its reaction rate remains linear, with sensitivity increasing over time.
