glyelute™ Elution Buffer - Mannose solution for elution of Lectins ASA, LCA/LCH, NPL/NPA, PSA, Con A, suc-Con A, VEA, VFA, BanLec, suc-Con A, NPL/NPA, PSA, The binding glycoprotein-mannose-in GNL/GNA and PSA/PEA helps to maximize the lectins ASA, LCA/LCH, NPL/NPA, PSA, Con A, suc -Con A, VEA, VFA, BanLec, Yield of GNL/GNA or PSA/PEA while retaining lectin activity for reuse. Chelating agents are used to react with metal ions to form stable complexes. The solution contained 2 mM of the chelating agent EDTA, 0.1 M of mannose, and 1 M of NaCl. The pH of the solution is in the neutral range, and the elution components can be removed by dialysis.
