Description
Dolichos biflorus lectin (DBA) is labeled with tetramethyl Rhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) and combined with the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the best staining properties for the lectin. TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited to the 532nm laser line. TRITC labeled DBA can be used for cell imaging applications.
